Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28 February 2024 asking for information about Privacy Reviews relating to the ULEZ.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and our information access policy.

TfL followed the required Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) process and the DPIA sets out how the scheme operates, in accordance with data protection legislation and in particular how we minimise data collection from ANPR cameras, how data will be used, how we keep it secure and how it may be shared.
