I need detailed information on the state of the roadworks on the morning of 2 July at 03:00 on the Shepherd’s Bush roundabout on the A40 westway that forced a diversion back onto the A40 on the lower road (see attached)
The reason being is another car hit me there and I need to prove that the diversion heading westbound told me to go onto that road and rejoin the A40 again due to the roadworks

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28th February 2024 asking for information about roadworks on the morning of 2 July at 03:00 on the Shepherd’s Bush roundabout.

This section of road was closed for routine overnight maintenance on 2nd July 2024 between 00.00 and 07.00. The attached document provides details of the closure and the diversion in place.
