You asked

The bus stop from Reynolds Avenue RM6 has been move to belfair road/avenue RM6. (86 route heading towards romford). I have been told this was due to issues with location. Can I request how many complaints you have received regarding the following Rear doors not being able to open properly. How.many incidents have there been at this Reynolds Avenue bus stop with location being a factor How many complaints/lobbying has been done by the tyre shop and other businesses in the immediate location of bus stop. Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 5 February 2018 asking for information about complaints regarding Reynolds Avenue bus stop, RM6.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require.

We have run a search on our customer services database for any cases which relate to the removal of the Reynolds Avenue bus stop since 18 January 2017 to the date of your request, using the route number 86.   Please note that we only have limited fields in which cases are sorted and this search will not have identified any cases logged without the route number.
