I have noticed continual unreliability with the 341 bus arrival times in the green lanes area, particularly in the morning peak. Would you be able to provide me with all availability real time arrival / departure data for the 341 bus at Mattison Road (Stop HN) for morning peak hours for the past three months? Thank you.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 27th February 2024 asking for information about the reliability of the 341 bus. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“I have noticed continual unreliability with the 341 bus arrival times in the green lanes area, particularly in the morning peak. Would you be able to provide me with all availability real time arrival / departure data for the 341 bus at Mattison Road (Stop HN) for morning peak hours for the past three months?”
I can confirm that we hold the information you require, which is provided in the attached spreadsheet (you may need to expand the width of some columns to read the data in full). The data set shows the bus stops going cross from column H (Mattison Road is shown in column Y) and the trips are in the rows from top to bottom, for the three months from 01/12/2023. Any instances of missing bus departure times are marked with either ‘Operated’ or ‘Lost’.
