I recently received speeding notices for the slip road from the A3220 (near Silver Road W12) to A40 (near Dorando Cl W12). After receiving them, I observed that a new sign appeared, stating “30” and “New 30mph speed limit in force”. Please see the photograph attached and pasted below for ease of reference.
I am sure that this speed limit sign was not in place at the time of the incidents. This is a Freedom of Information application in relation to road signage. Please could you provide me with details of when this signage was put in place. This is an urgent enquiry, because I have recently responded to the last notice of intended prosecution by providing my details and I anticipate that I will receive a summons very soon.

Our records show that the signage has been in place since 16 March 2021.
