This is a request for data relating to accidents on the A20 between Crittals Corner and the Kent border on the Eastbound carriageway. TFlL have consistently referred to 'ongoing surface water flooding and water sheeting contributing to multiple collisions along this section of the A20'.
1. In the last 4 years can you tell me how many incidents involving collisions of vehicles occurred on this stretch of road?
2. How many of the above were due to drivers losing control as a result of surface water flooding and water sheeting'?
3. How many fatalities have resulted from these accidents?
4. How many serious injuries (defined as requiring a person to be treated in hospital) resulted from these accidents?
