Thank you for your request received on 29 January 2018 asking for information about the North-South Cycle Superhighway Consultation.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require. You asked:
• How many letters were sent to the postcode EC1R 5XB?
80,000 letters were issued to all properties within a 0.5 mile radius of the proposed cycle route. Page 116 of the consultation report illustrates the area where letters were distributed to. Postcode EC1R 5XB is within this distribution area but we do not have a record of how many letters were specifically sent to this postcode during this consultation.

• How many responses were received by the postcode EC1R 5XB?
None of the consultation respondents provided a postcode that matched to EC1R 5XB. However that does not mean that we did not receive responses from this postcode as 332 respondents declined to provide an answer to the question “What is your postcode?”.
• Was the firm, Daniel Watney, consulted?
The firm Daniel Watney were not contacted as part of our stakeholder engagement for this consultation. A full list of stakeholders that were contacted is contained within the consultation report on pages 120 – 131.
• Was the Herbal Hill Gardens' Residents Association consulted?
The Herbal Hill Gardens' Residents Association were not contacted as part of our stakeholder engagement for this consultation. As stated above, a full list of stakeholders that were contacted is contained within the consultation report on pages 120 – 131. This does not mean that we did not receive responses from members of the Association as they may have been included in the letters that were issued as part of the consultation.
• Were any flyers or posters placed in Herbal Hill Gardens?
• What was the most proximate flyer or poster to Herbal Hill Gardens?
Flyers and posters were not used to promote the consultation. A full explanation of how we consulted can be found on page 10 (Section 2) of the consultation report.
