I am submitting a request for data surrounding the processes you have in place for a quality assurance programme around any road works carried out on behalf of TFL.
How is this monitored.
How are the quality assurance checks carried out.
How is faulty or substandard work raised, catalogued and allocated.
Is all work carried out by third party contractors.
Do TFL staff go out to the site to inspect works carried out are reasonable and safe.
A list of repair jobs completed in the NW4 3NE for the year of 2023 (this covers from the junction with Cheney Walk South bound)
