Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the following information:
- The number of passengers that have bought tickets on riverboat services in the past five years, broken down by year and stop.
This information should be made available to me in electronic form if possible.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 20 February 2024 asking for information about our riverboat service.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we do not hold the information you require. We do not hold any data on passengers that have brought tickets on riverboat services. The only data we have is passenger volume on our piers which may not necessarily include ticket holder numbers. This data is only available from Uber Thames Clippers, City Cruses and Dolphin Maritime. However, the integrity of this information is the responsibility of the boat operators.
We have not received complete River Tour boat operator numbers at all since April 2023 due to Dolphin Maritime suspending their counting service. We therefore do not hold the information requested.
