Request ID: FOI-4295-2324 Date published: 28 February 2024
You asked
Dear Transport for London,
I hereby request a copy of The GLA Roads (No.2) Designation Order 2007. I would highlight that the signature of the Mayor of Lonodn at the time is in the public domain and has previously been released when you disclosed The GLA Roads (No.3) Designation Order 2008 (see the copy at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dmzc0AJXf0tw_JL5aRpLNt5nO-dbq-St/view ), so there cannot be any data protection grounds to redact that same information from the 2007 Order.
