I am partaking in a Risk Analysis, Management, & Mitigation project which focuses on your station. The aims are to determine the most effective risk mitigation processes to lead to a successful conclusion re time, quality and cost. I am aware and pleased that the project will be completed soon.
For the project I am kindly requesting recorded information about Bam Nuttal's (£30million?) work at London Victoria Station which started around September 2022 please.
The information required includes:
The Risk Register?
The value considerations (a subset of risk) re time, cost and quality?
The high level programme works and schedules, with the challenges that caused changes to them and if possible by how much please?
Your procurement route, the number of steps/stages to determine the winner of the contract?
The project's BIM maturity level?

Thank you for your reply. I thought it was just to say yes, you had gotten my request for information sorry.
It's a good change to do a redesign that actually adds value instead of decreasing it, re increasing the number of gates.
Re below, if you are able to, the method statements (based on the risk register) and programmes including the time and resources to do the demolition of the old retail stores to increase the thoroughfare and for installing the new gates and customer information systems sitting above them would be greatly appreciated.
It will be nice to know what caused the delay as well. Theoretically, as a student, I would come up with my own opinion/'solution' to add in my paper.
