We answered

Our ref: FOI-4247-2324

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 17 February 2024 asking for information about Superloop advertising.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.

I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. Please see attached Superloop livery artwork.

Please note, as Superloop 4 is linked to the opening of Silvertown tunnel we have not yet created the livery and cannot currently supply the artwork. Also, the Superloop 7 artwork was produced with some stops excluded from the route map (the dots in between the named stops). The buses themselves have been updated to reflect the missing stops but the artwork has not.

In accordance with our obligations under Data Protection legislation some personal data has been removed, as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle of Article 5 of the UK General Data Protection Regulation which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’.

If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely,
