TFL states on its website “During 2023 we will finish our initial feasibility work which will identify a recommended route and service frequency for the West London Orbital”. It is now 2024 has the initial feasibility work been completed, if so, when will it be published for the general public to read.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 16 February 2024 asking for information about West London Orbital.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
Feasibility work on the West London Orbital project is continuing and the current phase of work is now expected to complete this Spring. This phase of work has taken longer than originally anticipated. The work comprises a wide range of technical reports and information that would not generally be published. However, upon completion we will update the TfL website to provide further information on the key outcomes of this phase of work.
Subject to funding for the next phase of scheme development being agreed between TfL and the west London boroughs, we would expect to hold a public consultation on the scheme in early 2025 where more information would be provided and people would have the opportunity to feedback and provide comments on the proposals. A helpful update on the project providing more details was also provided as part of the papers of the West London Economic Prosperity Board meeting on 18th January, which you can find online here: https://ealing.moderngov.co.uk/documents/s11587/2401%20-%20WLEPB%20-%20item%206%20-%20WLO.pdf.
