Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 15 February 2024 asking for information about planning reference 2011/02001/OUT.  

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
 
The project for the planning permission referred to (2011/02001/OUT) is not being built, and therefore the original section 106 negotiations are no longer relevant. Further discussions and agreements regarding future obligations will be held if and when a new planning permission is sought.
