I can confirm that we do not hold the information you require. You asked:

When will petrol euro 5 cars stop being exempt from ULEZ? When is the next ULEZ going to updated.

When will Euro 5 cars become non compliant with ULEZ in London?

When will Euro 6 cars become non compliant with ULEZ in London?

There are no plans to change the current ULEZ standards and therefore, we would not hold such a date.
