Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 12 February 2024 asking for information about the TfL 91640 contract.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. You asked:

There are no provisions to extend this contract.
Please note that the expiry date shown in the Contract Notice is 31/07/2024. However, this was a typographical error and the contract expiry date is actually 31/07/2025 as in the redacted contract annexed to the notice. TfL is seeking to amend the Contract Notice accordingly.
2. Or will this contract soon be coming back to Tender?
TfL is considering our procurement approach for when the contract does expire.
