Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 9 February 2024 asking for information about Superloop bus routes.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
Please find attached Superloop routes daily performance stats as requested. As you did not specify the date range, we arbitrary picked the latest five complete finalised months (September 2023 to January 2024).
Routes SL1, SL8, SL9 and SL10 are High Frequency routes and therefore are monitored to run at roughly equal intervals and are measured by Excess Wait Time (EWT). The lower the EWT the better.
Routes SL6 and SL7 are Low Frequency routes and therefore are monitored to run as close to scheduled times as possible and are measured by % On Time. The higher the % On Time the better.
No data on selected dates means the whole day worth of data got excluded from stats as being unrepresentative. Low ‘Expected Buses’ counts on selected dates mean part of the day got excluded from stats as being unrepresentative. The data exclusions typically applied when bus service severely disrupted by the reasons outside operational control.
