There is very limited information relating to the timing of the A13 Lodge Flyover replacement works that I have been able to locate in the public domain. I understand the flyover was originally to have been replaced by 2024, but a previous freedom of information request (ref: FOI-1540-2324/GH) suggested the works would commence "in the later quarter of 2025".
As a business operating within the immediate area of the flyover there is significant worry and concern about the impact of the work on staff, deliveries and customers being able to get to our premises.
Can you please confirm dates for the anticipated start of the works, the expected duration of the works, what traffic management plans will be in place and where updates regarding the project will be publish in the public domain?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 06 February 2024 asking for information about Lodge Avenue Flyover.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require. We are currently working with our partners on the plans to replace Lodge Avenue Flyover to ensure the network remains operational and safe. We expect the construction to commence in early 2025. During construction of the new flyover we will provide two temporary lanes in each direction to maintain the A13, and we will publish further information once we have confirmed next steps, including how we will manage traffic
