You asked

Dear TFL I have noticed that you have launched the route 464 feeder service, and I have questions in relation to this. A. Which bus operator provides the route 464 feeder service? B. Which type of vehicles do they use and are they wheelchair accessible? C. Can you send me the livery and branding graphics that are used on the feeder buses? D. When did the contract for the feeder service start, and when will it finish? E. Can you reveal the expenditure to provide a feeder bus service? F. Did the feeder service accept Oyster and Contactless cards? G. Can you publish the map of the route 464 feeder service?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 3 February 2024 asking for information about the route 464 feeder bus service.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.
 
  1. Which bus operator provides the route 464 feeder service?
Go-Coach subcontracted from Transport UK
 
  1. Which type of vehicles do they use and are they wheelchair accessible?
The vehicle is Euro VI and PSVAR (wheelchair) compliant
 
  1. Can you send me the livery and branding graphics that are used on the feeder buses?
We do not hold these – they were produced by the Bus Operator.
 
  1. When did the contract for the feeder service start, and when will it finish?
It started on 29 January and is expected to end after 12 weeks -  but works may finish earlier or later depending on how they progress and any engineering/weather issues that may occur during the replacement works

E. Can you reveal the expenditure to provide a feeder bus service?
     This is a Thames Water contract and they are paying for the service – the terms are Commercially confidential.
 
  1. Did the feeder service accept Oyster and Contactless cards?
     No. - The service is free.

G. Can you publish the map of the route 464 feeder service?
We do not hold a map of the route.
