Dear Transport for London, Thank you for providing information on your trust's spending at this page. However, I'm unable to find any details on the transactions made by Rail for London (Infrastructure) Limited prior to February 2022. Therefore, I'd like to make a request under the Freedom of Information act for all of Rail for London (Infrastructure) Limited's transactions over £500 for January 2016 to January 2022. Please provide the data in a machine readable format (preferably csv). As a minimum, please make sure to include the date, value and recipient of each transaction. Please also provide details on the procurement category of each transaction if you have it. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact me via email and I will be very happy to clarify what I am asking for and discuss the request. Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 29 January 2023 asking for information about Rail for London (Infrastructure) (RFLi) Limited's transactions over £500.
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked for all of Rail for London (Infrastructure) Limited's transactions over £500 for January 2016 to January 2022.  Please provide the data in a machine readable format (preferably csv). As a minimum, please make sure to include the date, value and recipient of each transaction. Please also provide details on the procurement category of each transaction if you have it.

The RFL (INFRASTRUCTURE) LTD (company code 1025) expenditure up to 31 March 2022 is now showing and published in the Past Years expenditure pages: https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/expenditure-past-years

Please note that RFLi is a relatively new company and was incorporated in 2014; prior to 2018 the company was dormant with no activity.
