I am seeking information on a historic road closure, on or including 16th December 2023, on Swinton Street (at its junction with Gray's Inn Road), London WC1X.

I want to make a request regarding information relating to a road closure on 16/12/2023, at around 12:33pm in Swinton Street (A501) at its junction with Gray's Inn Road (A501), probably due to road works or some other works. As a result, the traffic had to deviate from Swinton Street to Swinton Place and then to Acton Street, to get back onto the Gray's Inn Road (A501). I would like to request the information relating to this closure in the text form and also shown on the map, please.
