Dear Amanda Lynn Harrison TfL Ref: FOI-3773-2324 Thank you for your request, which we received on 22 January 2024, asking for information about ULEZ awareness campaigns outside of London.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act (FOI) and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
TfL ran a multi-channel campaign to reach both private and commercial vehicle owners based in London and Home Counties to raise awareness and to explain who is affected, where the expanded zone will operate and how the scheme operates including hours of operation, daily charge and how to pay.
