In process 7. Can you please provide me with the contract description of the services provided under the agreement with the supplier? This also includes potential extensions and support and maintenance services.
Contract Description and Services provide are - An M&T software with main application hosted in a TfL demise with supporting Web Portal application this includes:
- Regular available updates and advancements to both the main application and portal
- Support and Maintenance (dedicated support portal, phone or email) for any development requests (bug fixes and new improvements or requirements in line with industry standards), BAU support ranging from training, query management, guidance in operations and clarifications on existing functionality and future roadmap
- Data collection for interval data on Day+1 basis
- Call Off contract for development days and consultancy on site visits carried out by Systems Link colleagues
- Both main application and web portal stores a variety of complex services from data collection (dedicated import routines), portfolio maintenance, contract maintenance, a complete suite of data analysis/validation/alarms and reporting tools with some internally integrated

There is no record of this data. If there is a requirement it’s most likely managed at a local level which to locate and retrieve the information would exceed the ‘appropriate limit’ of £450 set by the Freedom of Information (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004.
14. Can you please send me the organisations’ energy management strategy/plan that covers 2018?
We don’t have an energy management plan. We have a Corporate Environment Plan that is publicly available here: Sustainability - Transport for London (tfl.gov.uk)
