I am making a FOI request for the following in relation to the contract for Bus Services TfL have in place with Go-Ahead:

Thank you for your revised request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 22 January 2024 asking for information about the Go-Ahead bus contract.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You askedfor the following in relation to the contract for Bus Services TfL have in place with Go-Ahead:
Name of TfL’s contract manager - Please note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under Data Protection legislation we are withholding this personal data as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’. Finally as s40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act is an absolute exemption it does not require consideration of the public interest test.

Minutes of meeting from last three safety meetings held between TfL and Go-Ahead - we currently don’t take minutes at those meetings so this information is not held.
