Can I please have the step free access data for September to December 2023, the excel sheet you provided only went as far as August 2023?

Thank you for your email received on 18 January 2024 asking for information about step free access.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold he information you require.
Please find the requested information attached.
Please note the following: • Time period: 01/09/2023 to 31/12/23 • Step free access is reported by station as opposed to by lift • The duration in minutes provided does not count minutes falling within within no service hours when the station is closed • Data collection is based on Service Status messages published by the London Underground Control Centre (LUCC • If the message regarding loss of step free at a station is changed it will be recorded as a separate entry meaning one incident could be recorded multiple times • If an incident spans multiple traffic days, a new record is created for each day. Therefore the same incident could have multiple records if it goes across multiple days • If a station is closed, and this has been advertised to the public via the Service Status, the loss of step free access will not be recorded and it will not appear in these figures • Data is based on asset related incidents only
