I would like to request the status of the works to Stamford Rd and Kingsland Rd which were consulted on in June-July 2015: https://consultations.tfl.gov.uk/roads/a10-kingsland-road/ The consultation page was updated on the 6th of April 2016 stating the works were approved and would begin in the Spring of 2016. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require.

Specifically you asked:

I can confirm that it is our intention that the proposed works will be going ahead, although a final decision on the official start date is still being determined. Letters were sent out earlier this year to update local residents and to invite further comment from them – responses are still being addressed. I enclose a copy of that letter.
