Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 29 March 2023 asking for information about staff training material in relation to the acceptance of National Rail tickets at London Underground ticket gate barriers. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for:

Attached is an extract from the Trainers Notes, which form the part of the Customer Service Assistant training for National Rail ticketing.
