Thank you for your Freedom of Information request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 19^th March 2019 asking for information about scheduled maintenance of the TfL website in relation to congestion charge exemptions.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. Specifically you asked:

“I would like a copy of the Maintenance scheduled for when your site was down for the last 6 years (or from inception, whichever is longest).”

TfL does not hold the requested information. The provision and maintenance of this section of the website is outsourced to a third party, and the maintenance windows they schedule are not routinely reported to TfL.
