F/on from FOI 3192-1819 Thank you for the response and I do understand but I believe loss of life has occurred because of inaction promised by TFL so I do consider it an important matter and of course we still have a lethal junction still unresolved. I also have the support of the local MP Mr Paul Scully and ward councillors to make this junction safer all of which are frustrated at the inaction of TFL. If it will help I am prepared to shorten the time period of my FOI request from the beginning of November last year as that was when a site meeting took place and promises made by TFL that were never carried out and since when 2 very serious accidents have occurred along with many smaller incidents.
