Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28 December 2023 asking for information about a fatal incident which occurred at Upper Richmond Road/Charlwood Road in 2019.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the detailed incident review/report you have requested. Such information is more likely held by the Metropolitan Police. We receive limited details of personal injury collisions from the police for the London area and these records are based on the initial finding of the reporting officer. This is generally known as STATS19 data and is not the result of extensive investigation.
