Good morning.
Could you please provide me with information about the number of vehicles entering the London Congestion Charging area (Total valid congestion
charges) for 2023 and advise me of the number of London residents entering the area that were eligible for the discount charge for 2023?
As with the previous couple of years, I have included a copy of a previous email and information provided last year so that figures for 2023 can be on the same basis.
