Dear Sir/Madam,
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to know
• The number of Santander Cycles that needed to be replaced because they were lost, stolen or faulty (Please see previous FOI you answered on the subject - ref: FOI-2316-2122/GH)
If possible, I would like this data for the last 5 years, with a year end of December 31 or whatever year end is used internally.
• Also, I would like to know the number of e-bikes Santander Cycles that needed to be replaced since they were introduced because they were lost, stolen or faulty - broken down monthly since their introduction
If it looks as if the work involved in responding to this FOI is going to exceed the time permitted under the FOIA then please contact me as soon as possible to discuss how I can reduce the scope of this request.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 29 March 2023 asking for information about Santander Cycles.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
The number of Santander Cycles that needed to be replaced because they were lost, stolen or faulty (Please see previous FOI you answered on the subject - ref: FOI-2316-2122/GH)
If possible, I would like this data for the last 5 years, with a year end of December 31 or whatever year end is used internally.
Also, I would like to know the number of e-bikes Santander Cycles that needed to be replaced since they were introduced because they were lost, stolen or faulty - broken down monthly since their introduction To date, no e-bikes have been replaced, as we only had a fleet of 500 for the trial.
A further 100 replacement e-bikes will be arriving next month and these will be used to replace any missing or faulty bikes at that time.
