I would like to know how much rent per year TFL receive for the 20 m telecoms mast erected by Three on the pavement on the junction of Forster Road and Atkins Road SW2. I was advised by Lambeth council that this is highways land and to contact you for the information.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 29 March 2023 asking for information about rent paid by Three for monopole mast on pavement in SW2.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
T mobile who have provided the mast are a Statutory Undertaker, and TfL does not receive rent for Statutory Undertakers plant provided within the highway.
