Electronic copies of borough healthy streets delivery plans, TfL informal feedback and TfL funding letters to boroughs. See p3 in October 2022 guidance for what I am referring to:

Please note that you kindly shared this data for LIPs in 2020 and the ICO has since recognised the public interest in delivery of decarbonisation measures, e.g. https://ico.org.uk/media/action-weve-taken/decision-notices/2022/4022751/ic-188560-n6n2.pdf
So I trust this can be shared quickly via the cloud. For the avoidance of doubt this request falls within scope of the EIR.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28 March 2023 asking for information about borough healthy streets delivery plans and TfL feedback.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
Please find attached a zipfile containing the feedback forms, and the LIP funding letters for each borough.
Please note, there is no feedback form for LB Tower Hamlets because we have not awarded them any LIP funding for 23/24. So in total there are 33 letters and 32 feedback forms detailing their delivery plans.
