Please can you disclose, preferably by PDF, any communications from the Commissioner to the Government in which he raises the issue of the Elizabeth line needing more trains to cope with the demand when HS2 ends at Old Oak Common.
the request will be the period since 9 March 2023 but please put it as anytime this month, March 2023, in case those involved in the correspondence had a short period of advance notice.

Thank you for your request which we received on 26 March 2023, asking for communications from the Commissioner to the Government, from March this year, about the Elizabeth Line needing more trains.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. We carried out an email search but it didn’t capture anything that meets the requirements of your request.However, we understand a letter was sent from the Mayor to the Government so I’d recommend you contact the GLA directly at [email protected]for more information.
