Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 24 March 2023 asking for information about risk assessments undertaken relating to the bus stop/stand outside 21-23 Copse Hill SW20 0NB.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. You asked: Under your Freedom of Information provisions, I would like a copy please of all and any risk assessments undertaken before the bus stop/stand outside 21-23 Copse Hill SW20 0NB recently started to be used for stacking several (up to 5) 200 bus route buses and why other nearby alternatives were not used instead
We do not hold the information you have requested – this is because Copse Hill is a turning point only but due to the closure of Durham Road by Thames Water, buses were unable to get to their stand on Lambton Road. A risk assessment was not necessary as this is a bus route and buses would be stood at the bus stop(s).
