Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 23 March 2023 asking for London Underground noise readings.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require. However, we do not measure sound levels at stations unless specifically requested by station’s staff. We have however measured interstation noise levels in Train Operators cabs - please find below the equivalent sound pressure levels (extracted from Report R2900 version 1.2 dated Aug 2021).
