I was attacked last night in the 390 xxxx I would like to request the CCTV footage from every camera on the top floor with audio if possible to get a better idea of how the situation unfolded.

Thank you for your request of 22nd March 2023 asking for CCTV footage from the 390 bus. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
I am afraid that TfL does not hold the requested information. London's bus services are operated by private bus companies on behalf of TfL. CCTV on London buses is the responsibility of the company that runs that particular service or route, and any recorded footage is held by those companies rather than TfL. If you require access to CCTV footage from a bus you should contact the company who operates that particular route. A list of all routes and the companies that operate them can be found on our website here:
