Thank you for your email which we received on 21 March 2023 asking for information about properties eligible for heating allowance.
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act / Environmental and our information access policy. 

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. TfL doesn’t offer payments for people’s energy bills. I believe this is a scheme run by the government and delivered by the respective councils.
