Environmental and financial impact of the Go Sutton Bus

Request ID: FOI-3465-1920
Date published: 06 April 2020

You asked

I am trying to find out the environmental and financial impact of the Go Sutton Bus currently being operated by TFL in the London Borough of Sutton. I have written to Go Sutton about the mileage covered each month by the buses the amount of fuel used plus the number of passengers carried. Go Sutton have refused to answer anything on this matter and the London Borough of Sutton appear unwilling to divulge this . Could you be kind enough to provide this information? I would also be be very grateful if the Mayor can provide the fixed and variable costs of providing the buses in Sutton ?

Answering FOI requests will require the use of limited resources and the attention of staff who could be supporting other essential activity. In any event, please note that our response time will be affected by the current situation.
