Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 27 December 2023 asking for the name of the voice actor that produces the prompts on telephone number 0343 222 1234.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require. The service provider (and also the voice provider) is Eckoh, and TfL does not hold the name of the voice actor provided with this service. You may wish to contact Eckoh to see if they are able to assist you further.

I am sorry we are unable to assist you on this occasion. If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
