I am writing in regards to an accident in which a bus driver has hit my car and I would like the contact information of the claims department for this specific bus provider RATP dev london.
I have the details of the driver the bus route, the employee number etc, however the telephone number I have been provided is not in use. I would like the email address of the Boss operator of the bus 419 with running number 304, with registration number SN10 CBV. With fleet no. D898.
I require the email address as well as the working contact number for the claims department or the individual in charge for dealing with that route should an accident take place, to further my dispute and claim for damages.
