Under the Freedom of Information Act, please supply me with the following statistics:
1. The number of vehicle observations made on 25 December 2023 by ULEZ expansion cameras
2. The percentage of observations made on 25 December 2023 that correspond to ULEZ compliant vehicles.
3. The percentage of vehicles observed on 25 December 2023 that are ULEZ compliant.
I would also be grateful if you could let me know whether the observation that more than 90% of vehicles seen on London roads are ULEZ compliant (see e.g. https://tfl.gov.uk/info-for/media/press-releases/2023/march/over-90-per-cent-of-cars-driving-in-outer-london-now-meet-the-ulez-standards) are based on a methodology similar to (2) above or to (3) above (i.e. are the stats routinely produced based on vehicle observations or distinct/unique vehicles)?

Thank you for your request received on 30 December 2023 asking for the expanded Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) data for 25 December 2023. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do not hold the information you require. The ULEZ cameras were not active on 25 December 2023 as the ULEZ is not applicable on Christmas day.
