Dear Sir / Madam, Following on from my FOI request (Ref 2954-2223, very helpfully dealt with by David Wells of your office and relevant correspondence attached) and subsequent Subject Access Request (Ref 117-2223, also very helpfully dealt with by Jennifer Enemuo and relevant correspondence attached), I wish to request submit a further Freedom Of Information request as follows: Please provide e-mail exchanges between the following individuals and over the two periods listed: 1. Between Alex Williams of TfL and xxxx of AECOM Between 1 December 2019 and 31 March 2020 (inclusive); and 1 Oct 2022 to 10 Feb2023 (inclusive) 2. Between Alex Williams of TfL and xxxx of AECOM Between 1 December 2019 and 31 March 2020 (inclusive); and 1 Oct 2022 to 10 Feb2023 (inclusive) 3. Between Alex Williams of TfL and xxxx of AECOM Between 1 December 2019 and 31 March 2020 (inclusive); and 1 Oct 2022 to 10 Feb2023 (inclusive) 4. Between Alex Williams of TfL and xxxx of AECOM Between 1 December 2019 and 31 March 2020 (inclusive); and 1 Oct 2022 to 10 Feb2023 (inclusive) I believe the above should be submitted under FOI rather than SAR as the interest is not my personal data. I expect if my name appears in these correspondence, this would be left unredacted. Thank you for your further request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 16th March 2023 asking for correspondence between Alex Williams and AECOM.
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

We have conducted an automated search of any emails sent or received in the specified periods containing reference to “AECOM” and can confirm that no material has been found other than the email that was already provided to you previously.
