Dear TfL In a letter to the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Dated 16th February 2023 Titled Liveable Streets Stage 2 Consultation Is this line Our data shows residents in Tower Hamlets prefer active travel options. The borough has the third lowest rate of car ownership across London boroughs with 71 per cent of residents not owning a car. Where does this data come from? that only 29% of residents have access to a car? The letter was written in response to Tower Hamlets Liveable Streets consultation I śaw a Tweet with a partial copy of your letter but I cannot find the original letter
