Thank you for your request which we received on 15 March 2023, asking for information about Leeside Road bus stop on Willoughby Lane.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. The initial installation of the Leeside Road bus stop (Stop NH) on Willoughby Lane took place on 20 August 1999, pre-TfL. We therefore do not hold any consultation or assessment documents. TfL does not hold any complaints mainly because this shelter is not located on the Transport for London Road Network (TLRN) and any complaints, especially with regard to anti-social behaviour, would likely have been sent to the London Borough of Haringey, as the local authority.
