Hello, I own an off licence in XXXX where i have been requested my multiple customers to bring in oyster top up. There is no one else that has an oyster service close by and there is a few bus stops pretty close. My opening hours are 8 am- 2am.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 27 December 2023 asking for information about Oyster card retail shops.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
The appointment criteria considered for an Oyster Ticket Stop agency is as follows:
Location;
Confidence in the trainability of outlet staff to operate the issuing device and the ability of the outlet to offer good customer service covering Oyster cards and the range of Travel Products available, including setting Discounts;
Acceptance of debit/credit cards, on the same terms as non-Oyster items sold in the shop;
Evaluation of shop presentation, including provision for display material such as posters ;
Secure premises with safe storage;
Opening hours; and
Step free access into the shop is also taken into consideration.
