We answered

Our ref: FOI-3380-1819/GH

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 7 March 2019 asking for a list of yellow box junctions that TfL strictly enforces.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.

I can confirm that we do not hold the information you require - we do not have a list of ‘strictly enforced’ yellow boxes - TfL manually enforces all yellow boxes on our network.

As explained in our response to your previous FOI request, signage on the TfL road network is displayed in accordance with the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. There is no requirement for yellow boxes to have advanced warning signs. Please follow the link to this legislation:

If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
