I understand that a consultation on road charging has just finnished on 10.3.23. As resident living inLondon I am dismayed that I didn't know that a consultation was taking place. Under the freedom of information act I would like to know how London residents were informed that this consultation was taking place. Was this reported to the media? And what media? I would also require details of the stakeholders and other bodies that have been informed of this consultation.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 13th March 2023 asking for information about a consultation on road charging.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

TfL does not hold the requested information as we did not have any consultations on road charging that finished on 10th March 2023. The last consultation we held on road user charging was around the expansion of the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) which concluded last year and was reported on in November 2022 (see here: https://haveyoursay.tfl.gov.uk/cleanair).
