3 years of the escalators not working at Cutty Sark

It has been years since we have had a full working escalator service. But for the last six months or so (and at other periods) we have had zero service. Cutty Sark DLR is one of the deepest stations in London. This makes life very difficult and is also a health and safety issue. The one lift available is small, slow and often breaks down. It is also a popular tourist destination with many people having push chairs or are unable to walk 8 flights of stairs. It is hardly inclusive or the best advertisement of a place to visit. We are told there are parts issues but how long will this go on and how much has been spent so far?
